Dr. Michael Klein shares on Breaking free from Emotional Handcuffs About: Dr. Michael Klein has worked as a workplace psychologist for 25 years in industries including pharmaceuticals, financial services, entertainment, construction, education, manufacturing, IT, and healthcare among others. He specializes in advising individuals in family-owned enterprises on issues related to professional growth, development, and satisfaction. Michael holds a doctorate in professional psychology (PsyD), and is a recognized member of the American Psychological Association (apa.org) and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (siop.org). He is a frequent speaker to family business centers, advisor associations, and other industry groups. His book, “Trapped in the Family Business,” and work have been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, CNN, as well as numerous trade and industry-specific publications and online media.
