Be sure to include a Desk Plan when designing your future
This worksheet includes all the crucial information someone would need to step into your role once you decide to leave your position, or in the event that unforeseen circumstances prevent you from continuing the work before you’ve decided to leave.
At a bare minimum, your Desk Plan, sometimes called a Contingency Plan, should include your emergency contacts, where your bank accounts and will are located, your lawyer’s contact information, and contact information for key employees, suppliers, and customers.
